Whether you choose the hotel or residence formula, the resort provides everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, surrounded by nature and just a few steps from the sea.
Reception and guest services
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day and is always available to provide information, assistance, and support throughout your stay.
Registration is available from 10:30 am, while accommodations are guaranteed from 5:00 pm. Guests may still enjoy the resort facilities and beach while waiting for their room or apartment. On departure day, accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 am.
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.
Comfort and convenience
All rooms and apartments are equipped with air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is available in the hotel’s common areas and in the Deluxe Apartments.
Free parking is available subject to availability. Should spaces be unavailable, a public parking area is located close to the resort.
Mini market and boutique
For everyday needs, guests can take advantage of the resort’s mini market and boutique.
The boutique offers beachwear, local products, and gift ideas, while the mini market provides useful essentials without having to leave the resort.
Laundry facilities and extra services
A convenient self-service laundry is available within the resort and can be used throughout the day.
Additional services are available upon request, including extra linen and supplementary housekeeping for apartments, ensuring an even more comfortable stay.
Sustainability and mobility
Guests traveling with electric vehicles can take advantage of the resort’s charging stations, subject to availability.
Guests who book directly also receive access to a dedicated ferry discount code, making travel to Elba Island even more convenient.
Meeting room and events
Ortano Mare features a meeting room available by reservation, ideal for business meetings, small events, and work sessions in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.
Useful information during your stay
The reception team is always available to assist with any request. A pharmacy, ATM, and all major essential services are located near the resort.
To ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests, the resort observes designated quiet hours and provides dedicated recycling areas.
External visitors must be registered at reception and are permitted to access restaurant and bar services only.
